Victory Quarry (~ 1 mile)

An old quarry that has been turned into a beautiful area with lakes for walking and private fishing
Buxton (2 miles)
Hay Dale, Peters Dale and Monks Dale
Lovely walks down these Dales. The Pennine way path is only 1.6 miles from Peak Dale and from there you can walk through Hay Dale, Peters Dale and Monks Dale. Or you can drive down to the car park and Millers dale and walk from Monks Dale.
Peters Stone and Cressbrook Dale
Lovely walks and great scenery only a short drive from Meadow House.
